If Jesus Came Today

I hear the Word and hold His light.
It shows the way in the darkest night.
Just like the wise, I have truth received.
I’ll trust the Holy Spirit and be not deceived.

I’ll trim my lamp with oil to spare
For drop by drop, I must now prepare.
I’ll come to know and to learn of Christ
A burning testimony of His sacrifice.
